If any of the above are omitted, the tender will be disqualified from the competition.
Completed tenders to reach the Administrative Officer, Corporate Services, Roscommon County Council , Áras an Chontae, Roscommon, not later than ()4p.m. on Thursday 6th June 2019.
The Conditions of Contract to be read in conjunction with these documents are the “Minor Civil Engineering and Building Works designed by the Employer”, prepared by the Department of Finance and are available at (http://www.constructionprocurement.gov.ie/)

It will be a condition for the award of the contract that the successful Tenderer will comply with the “Procedural Agreement between Management and the Trade Unions for the use of Contractors by Local Authority and Health Service Management” and the most recent Registered Employment Agreement.
It will be a condition for the award of the contract that the successful Tenderer must produce:
1. A valid C2 or Tax Clearance Certificate.
2. Membership of the Construction Industry Federation Sick Pay Scheme/Pension Scheme.
3. Evidence of Public Liability Insurance to the value of €6,500,000 and Employer’s Liability Insurance to the value of €13,000,000
4. Evidence of a Safety Statement.
5. The Contractor will be required to comply with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations, 2013.
The Council does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

[1] If Contractor has been pre qualified by Roscommon County Council as PSCS there is no need to submit a pre qualification questionnaire. However, all insurances and safe pass cards etc. must be in date and will be requested before award of contract.
