The OCO is looking to award a contract for the redesign, refurbishment, and technological upgrade of part of the first floor office space. It is to include the following • All aspects of project and budget management. One dedicated Project Manager/Single point of contact should be assigned to the project • Clearance, construction and fit-out consultation and advice on the best implementation strategy • Space-planning, costing of construction works, technology, fit out and interior design • Clearance of existing space • Interior design, all fit-out works and furniture solutions and technology updates • Contracting with all subcontractors for construction works, interior design, furniture and fitting solutions and technology updates • Administrative and legal procedures, coordination and receipt of works.
