RE: Renovation and extension of Existing Ashford Tavern, Ashford, Limerick.

-Renovation of 180m2 existing dance hall including internal drylining, replacement of the existing flat roof,and replacement of internal and external joinery , electrical and mechanical instillation

-Internal renovation of the existing 60m2 Public House including internal drylining, replacement of the existing flat roof,and replacement of internal and external joinery, electrical and mechanical instillation

-The construction of a 75m2 flat roof extension and all associated works

- All associated site works

 

A tender, using the pricing template Volume C Pricing Document, is requested by on or by 3pm Friday 24th May.
