Acknowledgement of Receipt of Tender

Please complete and return the “Acknowledgement of Receipt of Tender”, located in Schedule 8 of the Conditions of Tendering, confirming receipt of the above tender documents and your intention or otherwise to submit a tender for these services.

 

Tender Queries and Clarifications

All queries and RFIs must be submitted directly via the eTenders messages no later than 12.00 hours on Wednesday 10th July.

 

 

Information to be supplied With Tender Return

Schedule 1 of the Conditions of Tendering outline the tender evaluation criteria that will be applied, along with the “Information required with tender return (Technical)” document.

 

Tender Evaluations

Schedule 6 of the Conditions of Tendering outline the tender evaluation criteria that will be applied.

 

To note:

A site inspection will be undertaken by IE in respect of Compliant Tenders evaluated under the above award criteria, to verify that (a) the Machine Specification Compliance Table as completed by a Tenderer can be complied with and (b) to verify that the information provided by a Tenderer in relation to Specification Enhancements (award criteria no 2) can be complied with and demonstrated, and Tenderers must accommodate such site visits

 

IE would intend to undertake this site meeting in the week commencing Monday 5th August and would ask tenderers to accommodate.

 

Insurances

Please note that successful tenderer must provide evidence of the minimum insurance levels set out in Clause 24 of the Conditions of Contract, prior to contract award.

Schedule 2 of the Conditions of Tendering to be completed and returned with tender submission.

 

 

Tender return

Your completed tender submission to be uploaded onto the eTenders portal not later than 12.00 on 24th July 2019.
