Dear Sirs,
On behalf of our client, The Board Of Management, Mercy Secondary School, we are pleased to invite you to submit a tender for refurbishment works to the older southern-most block of the school, comprising external insulation, replacement windows & doors and associated roof alterations.
The contract for the works will be PW-CF6 Short Public Works Contract.
The successful Contractor will have produce a current Tax Clearance Cert and other documents specified in the DoES-QW2-Suitability-Assessment-Questionnaire-Open-2018 included in Information pack.
Contractors must return a fully priced Volume C – Works Schedule as well as Volume B -Tender and Schedule and the completed and signed DoES-QW2-Suitability-Assessment-Questionnaire-Open-2018 in separate clearly marked envelopes to:

Contractors must return a signed and dated form of tender and a signed and dated DoES-QW2-Suitability-Assessment-Questionnaire to be deemed a valid tender.
It is intended that the successful tenderer will commence the works in early June 2019 with works to be complete by 30 August if possible. Given the scale of the project, Contractors must have regard for notes on likely phasing and programming to completion in the attached Pricing Schedule and Preliminary Health & Safety Plan.
All tender drawings and pricing documents for the works will be uploaded to this RFT and will not be issued in hard copy.
