Wicklow Library & Archives - Conversion of existing building into public library and archives

Wicklow County Council has purchased the former Ulster bank building, on Main Street, Wicklow, for conversion to a public library and archive. This 6 floor building comprises 1,250 square metres of workable space. Construction firm, as main contractor, is now required to carry out this work. Tenders should be submitted to Wicklow County Council (2 x hard copy) and marked "Wicklow Libnrary & Archive - Construction" ahead of response deadline
