NMBI process audit review - Registration document verification and authentication audit services

The review and audit of the registration process, to include: • Define the adequate methodology (including sampling) to audit the NMBI Registration processes, regarding document verification and authentication. • Examine NMBI’s ability to verify documents and estimate the number of registrations that constitute reasonable grounds to suspect that documents are fraudulent/forgeries. • Contact third parties (e.g. universities and other regulators, if necessary, to conduct the audit. • Provide recommendations to NMBI’s Board on the above. • Produce recommendations to enhance NMBI’s document verification and authentication processes, procedures and policies in the immediate and longer term. • Produce a final report with the audit’s findings and recommendations.
