T196 - RFT for the provision of consulting services to support the renewal of the Skillnet Ireland Statement of Strategy

The objective of this RFT is to procure the services of a consultant/consulting firm to advise Skillnet Ireland on the appropriate design of the stakeholder consultation process for the renewal of the Statement of Strategy (2020-2024). This assignment is a core element of the investigative and analytical phase of the strategy renewal. The scope of the RFT extends to the execution of the stakeholder consultation, the validation and consolidation of findings arising from that consultation, and the preparation of a report that will include an analysis and set of recommendations.
