Proposed works to the following elements of An Posta, Teach Mor, Inverin, Co. Galway; (a) Break out and remove existing ground floor slab indicated on attached drawings. (b) Demolish internal ground floor and first floor walls as indicated on attached drawings. (c) Remove existing roof finishes and replace as indicated on attached drawings. (d) Remove existing external doors and windows as indicated on attached drawings. (e) De-sludge and remove existing wastewater treatment system. (f) Construct new extension to the rear and front of the building (g) Construct internal masonry & stud walls where indicated on drawings. (h) Install steelwork structure specified indicated on structural drawings. (i) Install new external doors and windows (j) Install floor finishes as specified, carpet tile, floor tile, marmoleum indicated on attached drawings. (k) Install internal doors, in accordance with manufacturers requirements and attached drawings. (l) Internal wall finishes as specified, painting, wall tiles, coloured splashback as indicated on attached drawings. (m) Internal ceiling finishes as specified as indicated on attached drawings. (n) Install sanitary ware as indicated on attached drawings. (o) Install service walkway on joists as indicated on attached drawings. (p) Install M & E Services as indicated on M & E drawings. (q) Install foul drainage to new development and connect to proposed new wastewater treatment system as indicated on drawings.
