DLR/2019/13 - Establishment of a Multi-Party Framework for Domestic Natural Gas & Oil Fired Central Heating Systems Servicing, Refurbishment and Response Maintenance Works in Dun Laoghaire Rathdown

The Contracting Authority is seeking to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Domestic Natural Gas & Oil Fired Central Heating Systems Servicing, Refurbishment and Response Maintenance Works on Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council Housing Stock. Works typically to include: (a) Servicing and maintenance of existing central heating systems (b) Upgrade works to existing central heating systems to more efficient systems where applicable (c) Response Maintenance Works to repair or replace components of central heating systems The Successful Contractors on the Framework will be required to provide an emergency service for the Council, 24 hours per day and 365 days per year.
