CHD001 - Consultancy Services for the Major Donor Campaign

The context for this campaign is ChildVision’s overarching financial goal to raise €3.2m over three years for a multi-therapy centre for people with disabilities. We have been approved €9.7m in the HSE Capital plan 2019 to refurbish our existing buildings but they will not provide funding to refurbish our existing gym, pool or to provide cover for our outdoor equine area. It is envisaged that the duration of the major donor campaign would be three years, commencing 2019. However, it is envisaged that the campaign will be marketed as a five-year campaign 2017-2022 it is only at this point that the assistance of major donors is being sought. ChildVision requires the assistance of a professional fundraising consultancy company to: • Test and build a rationale for a multi-therapy centre for people with disabilities • Assess reactions to ChildVision’s objectives • Identify new fundraising sources • Interact with existing fundraising sources • Commence cultivation of major donors • Develop strategies • Consider phases • Establish gift levels of potential donors
