Proposed Alterations and Renovation of the Band Hall
Zone A, Mullingar Business Park.
Dear Sirs
You are hereby invited to submit a bona fide tender for building works at The Band Hall, Zone A, Mullingar Business Park. A hard copy of your tender, pricing document and signed Declaration of Suitability should be submitted to the offices of Patrick Weafer Architects Ltd, Mary Street, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath on or before 12 noon, Wednesday 27th March 2019.
Acceptance of the tender is subject to checking and approval of the Declaration of Suitability for Contractors for Small Works (Open Procedure only)
The following is enclosed and forms part of the tender package:
1. Form of Tender + Schedule
2. Works documents including specification and drawings prepared by the Design Team comprising of the Architect & M&E Consultant. Details are set out in the schedule attached to the Form of Tender.
3. Pricing Document prepared by the Quantity Surveyor.

Contractor is strongly recommended to carry out a thorough examination of the site in order to fully acquaint himself/herself of the full extent and nature of works involved. A site visit can be arranged with Band Director Kim Magee at 085 8565066 or 086 1999497
Tenderers must submit the following information with their tender:
A. The completed Form of Tender (hard copy)
B. Completed pricing documents (hard copy).
C. Signed Declaration of Suitability for Contractors.
D. Outline programme
