Re: REFURBISHMENT AND EXTENSION WORKS TO DWELLINGS NO 4 & NO 5 AND ALL ASSOCIATED SITE WORKS AT COLLEGE STREET, CARLOW.
Carlow County Council invites tenders for the above project, in accordance with the enclosed contract documents prepared by Carlow County Council.
The successful tenderer will be required, to produce the specified insurance and to enter into a contract embodying the usual conditions. Tenderers will be required to comply with Tax Clearance Certification Procedures, Health and Safety legislation requirements and to be a subscriber to the Sick Pay/Pension Scheme.
The successful tenderer will be required to sign contract documents within 5 days of receiving offer of the contract, and works are to be complete within 4 month of signing the contract.
The Council does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender received.
Sealed tenders endorsed as “TENDER FOR REFURBISHMENT AND EXTENSION WORKS TO DWELLINGS NO 4 & NO 5 AND ALL ASSOCIATED SITE WORKS AT COLLEGE STREET, CARLOW`` must be returned to: Mr Paul Curran, Administrative Officer, Carlow County Council, Athy Road, Carlow. Closing Date and time for receipt of tenders is 4.00pm on Friday 05th April 2019.
It is also important: `Name and Address of Contractor must be clearly marked on the Envelope when submitting your Tender`
Note: Property will be available for viewing on Friday 15th March 2019 from 10.00am to 11.00am.
Price breakdown is to be provided for the project for both dwellings.
