Carlow County Council Invitation to proposals: inCarlow – Magazine Date of Publication: 4th March 2019 Carlow County Council are inviting proposal to supply a quotation to design and print of the inCarlow Magazine. Quotes are required for design and print as follows: • 24pp A4 Version - 300gsm Cover / 170 gsm inner pages (Uncoated Stock) • 28pp A4 Version - 300gsm Cover / 170 gsm inner pages (Uncoated Stock) • 32pp A4 Version - 300gsm Cover / 170 gsm inner pages (Uncoated Stock) • 64pp A4 Version - 300gsm Cover / 170 gsm inner pages (Uncoated Stock) – PUR Bind Option required. • 24pp A4 Version - 300gsm Cover / 170 gsm inner pages (Coated Stock) • 28pp A4 Version - 300gsm Cover / 170 gsm inner pages (Coated Stock) • 32pp A4 Version - 300gsm Cover / 170 gsm inner pages (Coated Stock) • 64pp A4 Version - 300gsm Cover / 170 gsm inner pages (Coated Stock) – PUR Bind Option required Quantity Volume for quote are as follows: • Volume A: 8,000 copies • Volume B: 16,000 copies • Volume C: 20,000 copies The publication will be launched in August 2019 and it is envisaged development will occur during June/July 2019. The requirement is to provide design and print services including identifying look and feel for the magazine within the inCarlow Brand, including layout of the first edition. The design concept will need to be flexible to allow for the possibility of future editions with a different focus.
