RE: Invitation to Tender - Donegal County Council - SI 6421 Bungalow Extension 2019

Donegal County Council (Glenties Municipal District) Housing Section invites suitably qualified contractors interested in tendering for Construction contract works

for the construction of an extension consisting of a new bedroom with ensuite and a bedsit/sitting room area onto a Council owned occupied SI bungalow

at Sheskinarone, Dungloe, Co. Donegal to submit a tender for the above contract complying with the enclosed Instructions to Tenderers.

 

The works to this occupied property consists of: Site set up by contractor, excavation and installation of foundations for extension and all associated works, construction

of cavity walls and associated works, construction of a new roof to extension and associated works, installation of full mechanical and electrical requirements to the

extension and associated works including re-location of services, first and second fixings throughout extension internally, installation of a new footpath to extension to tie

into existing path, diversion of all services around new extension, removal and disposal of existing sewerage treatment system and supply and installation of a new

sewerage treatment system in same location, extension to be fully completed and site to be reinestated to original condition upon completion of works.

 

Contractors are advised for a tre-tender inspection of the site, contents of same and consider works involved. Inspection of this property can be made upon request/

appointment by contacting the Housing Section on 074 95 61305 / 61354.

 

Tenders (Only Completed - Form of Tender, Schedule, Completed Suitability Assessment Questionnaire - QW2 Form and Pricing Document) endorsed

" SI 6421 Bungalow Extension 2019" must be submitted to Donegal County Council, Council Secretariart, First Floor, County House, Lifford, Co. Donegal before

12.00noon on Tuesday 26th March 2019.
