7221 - Framework Agreement for the Supply and Installation of Lifts and Escalators
Dear Tenderer,
Thank you for your recent PQQ submission with respect to the establishment of a Framework Agreement for the Supply and Installation of Lifts and Escalators. I am happy to advise the evaluation stage of this process has been concluded and that your company has been successful in reaching the ITT phase of this process.
The tender documentation has been attached to this tender notice. The first requirement will be for the removal, replacement and installation of two Escalators at Tara Street Station.
The tenderer that submits the Most Economically Advantageous Tender will be awarded the first call off contract, subject to the execution of a Framework Agreement, they will also be added to the Framework. The unsuccessful tenderers will be appointed to the Framework, subject to execution of the Framework Agreement. It should be noted that, in order to be appointed to the Framework Agreement, a valid tender for the removal, replacement and installation of two Escalators at Tara Street Station must be submitted.
The Framework Agreement document is not attached to the notice at this point, it will be provided post award. The document will be bespoke in nature, however, tenderers should note the document will be aligned to the Public Works Framework Agreement PW-CF9.
Closing Date for receipt of tenders is August 2nd 12.pm (noon) Responses are to be returned via the e-tenders portal. Please ensure that you allow sufficient time for your proposals to upload.
