Further to your recent pre-qualification questionnaire submission, you are invited to tender for Specialist Training Courses in line with the attached technical specification.

Please find attached to this notice the following documents:

All enquiries should be sent through the messaging portal on eTenders.

Tenderers are reminded to read the documents carefully and ensure that all required information is submitted when submitting your tender.

I wish to draw your attention to the following specific requirements of the tender process;

a.     The tender process is being conducted under the negotiated procedure.

b.     In relation to your pricing, you are required to provide a comprehensive breakdown of all costs to supplement your commercial offer. Tenderers are required to complete the attached detailed pricing schedule to support their overall submission. Once completed, the final tender sum should be carried over to the tender form contained within the conditions of tendering.
Companies are permitted to supply secondary commercial information if they feel that it substantiates their offer in greater detail.

c.     In relation to the tender form contained within the conditions of tender, it is important that your tendered price must be fully inclusive of all charges. If there are any areas of your submission for which you have made assumptions, you are required to list these assumptions as part of your tender submission.

d.     In relation to schedule A, Section A6 - Supply of Goods and Supplier’s Obligations (sub-section 10) of the contract – this does not apply to this tender.

e.     In relation to schedule A, Section A14 – Advance Payment Bond (sub-section 2) – this does not apply to this tender.

f.      In relation to schedule E – this does not apply to this tender.

 

Tenders should be completed and submitted through the eTenders portal by - 12.00 Noon on 22^nd of April 2019.
