The Science Gallery is requesting proposal from suitability qualified service providers for the Operation of a Café and Catering Concession at Trinity College Dublin. With a mission to ignite creativity and discovery where science and art collide, Science Gallery opened in a landmark new building on the Trinity College Campus in February 2008. Through a cutting-edge programme that ignites creativity and discovery where science and art collide, the non-profit encourages young people to learn through their interests. Since its opening, more than three million visitors to the gallery have experienced 43 unique exhibitions, ranging from design and violence to light and love, and from contagion and biomimicry to the futures of the human species and play. The gallery is one of Ireland’s top-10 most visited free attractions, welcoming an average of 400,000 visitors per year. More information regarding the gallery and its activities is available on our website http://www.dublin.sciencegallery.com and http://www.youtube.com/sciencegallery, our YouTube channel.
