2019Mgmt - LEO Laois/Offaly Owner/Manager Development Programme 2019

Local Enterprise Offices Laois and Offaly wish to engage a service provider to deliver a Management Development Programme for the Owner/Managers of microenterprises located in Counties Laois and Offaly. The programme will consist of 15 weekly 5 hour classroom based training sessions (8 am – 1 pm) plus a total of 3 one-to-one mentoring meetings per participant of between 1½ - 2 hours. It is anticipated that the programme will run from early September through to mid December. The post programme report submitted accompanying the request for payment must include a report on each individual mentoring session including the date and location of the session, the issued discussed and the key actions arising. Training may take place in a number of venues in Counties Laois and Offaly. The venues for the training element of this programme will be provided by Local Enterprise Offices Laois and Offaly and should not be included in the tender price. It is expected that the mentoring element of this programme will be conducted in the participant’s premises and therefore venue hire should not be included in the tender price. If the service supplier makes a decision to undertake mentoring in a venue outside of the participants’ premises for exceptional reasons, the cost of venue hire (if any) will be borne by the service supplier.
