Re:      New Single Classroom Special Needs Unit Extension at Scoil Bhride, Kilbeggan Road, Clara, Co. Offaly.

 

Dear Sirs,

 

On behalf of our client, Board of Management of Scoil Bhride Clara, we are pleased to invite you to submit a tender for the construction of new single storey extension to the rear of the school building comprising of a one-classroom special needs unit with new parenting room, toilets and ancillary accommodation, with associated site development works including removal of existing prefabricated classroom and the relocation of another existing prefabricated preschool building at Scoil Bhride, Kilbeggan Road, Clara, Co. Offaly.

 

The contract for the works will be PW-CF6 Government Public Works Contract for Minor Building and Civil Engineering Works Designed by the Employer.

 

The successful Contractor will have produce a current Tax Clearance Cert and other documents specified in the  DoES-QW2-Suitability-Assessment-Questionnaire-Open-2017 included in Information pack.

 

Contractors must return a fully priced Volume C – Works Schedule as well as Volume B -Tender and Schedule and the completed and signed DoES-QW2-Suitability-Assessment-Questionnaire-Open-2018 in separate clearly marked envelopes to:

Contractors must return a signed and dated form of tender and a signed and dated DoES-QW2-Suitability-Assessment-Questionnaire to be deemed a valid tender.

 

It is intended that the successful tenderer will commence the works in April 2019.

 

The minimum Turnover required for this project is € 1 Million.

 

All tender drawings and pricing documents for the works will be uploaded to this RFT and will not be issued in hard copy.
