011-03-394 - Consultancy Support for Water Revenue Control 3 (2020-2024)

The Water Revenue team requires financial consultancy services, divided into two deliverables, for the Irish Water Revenue Control 3 (RC3) project and for an associated workstream thereafter. The team previously procured technical and economic support for this project in 2017. At the time a decision had not been made on the need to procure financial consultancy support for the project. This was due to the new funding arrangements which were being put in place for Irish Water. However, following enactment of the Water Services Act 2017 and as the RC3 project has progressed, it has become clear that financial consultancy will be required. For more information, please see in Appendix 1 of the ITT.
