Work-related aggression and violence (WRAV) within the Healthcare setting is a well-recognised occupational hazard which places, professional, legislative and moral imperatives upon the HSE to provide training in its prevention, recognition and safe management. These imperatives are driven by regulatory, professional and advisory bodies at both national and international level. As part of the HSE’s overall strategy in the prevention and management of WRAV, our objective is to develop a HSE framework for training which is safe and effective, is specific to the needs of the service in which it is delivered (based on Training Needs Assessment - TNA) and is fully compliant with organisational, professional and legislative structures. The training must: • Address health and safety obligations • Address risk management concerns • Include only interventions which are professionally, legally and organisationally permissible • Be congruent with the Organisation’s philosophy of care Based upon national and international legislation, national and international contemporary best practice, national and international standards and national and international guidelines. • Intellectual Property Rights owned by a party on the date of the Agreement ("Background IP") shall remain the property of that party. Background IP shall also include Intellectual Property Rights created outside of this project and modifications and enhancements to Background IP existing on the Commencement Date created outside of the scope of this project. All Intellectual Property Rights created or developed by the Service Provider in the course of the project ("Foreground IP") will be owned by and vest in the Purchaser on their creation. The Service Provider hereby grants to the Purchaser a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use any of the Service Provider’s Background IP as required to allow the Purchaser to use the deliverables produced by the Service Provider for the objectives set out or otherwise co
