SFPA/2019/S49 - Complaints Officer for the Sea-Fisheries Protection Authority

Pursuant to Section 49 of the Sea-Fisheries and Maritime Jurisdiction Act 2006 (the Act), the Sea-Fisheries Protection Authority seeks to appoint a “Complaints Officer” from outside the Authority to duly consider and report on complaints in relation to the enforcement of sea-fisheries law or food safety law. To meet the requirements set out in the Act, the SFPA intends to establish an agreement with one (1) service provider to act as SFPA Complaints Officer.
