SEAI was seeking in this RFT to establish a Framework of technical engineering service providers to execute the technical monitoring task, on behalf of Ireland as the Member State, for the certifying of claims for energy projects in receipt of funding under the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF). The Framework may also be used to provide other technical analyses and studies on electricity, gas and energy infrastructure and gas safety issues, on an as-needed basis.
