FCC/013/19 - Concession to operate a Farmer's Market in 2 Locations - St. Catherine's Park, Dublin 15 & Bremore Castle, Balbriggan _ Fingal County Council

Fingal County Council (FCC) requests tenders for the concession to organize and operate a market in two locations within Fingal in (1) St. Catherine’s Park, Dublin 15 and (2) Bremore Castle, Balbriggan, Co Dublin. Tenderers may apply for one or both market locations. The designated market area is available for the operation of a High quality Farmers Market (incorporating Arts & crafts) for an allocation of: (1) one day of the weekend in St. Catherine’s Park, and (2) one day per month in Bremore Castle. Both markets shall only operate during the public opening hours of both locations. As part of their tender submission, tenderers shall submit their preferred day and hours of operation of the market. These conditions shall be agreed with FCC in advance of the concession being awarded.
