BE/SE/15/01/2019 - Pre-Qualification Questionnaire for the Provision of Ad Hoc Private Bus Hire

The Contracting Authority proposes creating multi supplier framework agreements for the provision of Ad Hoc Private Bus Hire for events such as wedding transport, group travel, school tours, trips to sporting events, trips to concerts, etc. The duration of these frame work agreements will be for four (4) years. Framework Agreements will be divided by Lots. The maximum number of participants to each lot will be five (5). Contracts awarded under each Lot will be way of a mini tender. Details of lots are: LOT 1 – Midlands: Laois, Longford, Offaly, Tipperary, Westmeath. LOT 2 – North East: Cavan, Dublin, Kildare, Louth, Meath, Monaghan. LOT 3 – North West: Donegal, Galway, Leitrim, Mayo, Roscommon, Sligo. LOT 4 – South East: Carlow, Kilkenny, Waterford, Wexford, Wicklow. LOT 5 – South West: Clare, Cork, Kerry, Limerick.
