Regarding:     8 Nr. Apartments on Lower Glanmire Road, Cork

 

Date:               17th January 2019

You are invited to submit a Tender for the above Contract complying with the enclosed Instructions to Tenderers.

 

The successful tenderer will be required, to produce the specified insurance and to enter into a contract embodying the usual conditions.  Tenderers will be required to comply with Tax Clearance Certification Procedures, Health and Safety legislation requirements and to be a subscriber to the Sick Pay/Pension Scheme. 

 

The Council does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender received.

 

The Closing Date and time for receipt of tenders is 12.00pm on Thursday 7th February 2018 and Tenders are to be submitted on-line via the eTenders website.
