HEA Data Protection Services - The Provision of Data Protection (GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018) Consultancy Services

The Contracting Authority intends to establish a framework agreement with a suitably qualified and experienced organisation for the provision of a range of professional services in relation to General Data Protection (GDPR), consisting mainly of an audit/review exercise, consultancy and support services. It is anticipated that support will primarily be provided onsite by a single resource, and, once the initial audit/review exercise has been completed, will be provided strictly on an ‘as-needed’ basis.
