Tenderers are required to read the Suitability Declaration for Small Works carefully and to make sure that they meet the minimum standards stated therein. Tender to Sign this form and return it with the tender quote. All Tenderers are liable for their own costs of tendering

 

Busy times for the adjacent would be from 8.30 to 9.00am & 3.00 to 3.30pm but same to confirmed with Creche Management. Contractor to coordinate with Management that delivers are made outside of these hours or made in such a way that they do not effect the daily running of the creche.

 

Note:

 

Please note that where proposed works are shown on the drawings and not included in the drawing specification, the contract will be deemed to include such works. Similarly, where proposed works are included in the drawing specification and not shown in the drawings, the contract will be deemed to include those works.

 

The successful applicant will be appointed Works Contractor and Project Supervisor for the Construction Stage (PSCS) on the project in accordance with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations. This will included the production of all as built drawings for services & the creating a safety file to be submitted to the PSDP on handover.

 

The successful Building Contractor will indemnify and keep the Client and their Agents indemnified against all and any claims in respect of injury or damage whatsoever to any property or person arising out of or in the course of or by reason of the works to be or being carried out or carried out by the Building Contractor, its servants or agent or any subcontractor of the Building Contractor or any servants or agents of any such subcontractor and are to submit written confirmation of same.

 

The Building Contractor will be responsible for protecting the buildings, drainage systems and ancillary site structures, approach roads during the construction period and making good at his own expense to the satisfaction of the Engineer, any damage caused by his failure to provide adequate protection.

 

The Building Contractor is also responsible for the safety and insurances of all his workforce, plant, materials, scaffolding and any other items required for the completion of the work until the contract is complete. Without prejudice to generality of the foregoing, Keel Community Centre shall have no responsibility for the damage or theft or loss of any property of the Building Contractor on the site.

 

Tendering Building Contractors shall visit the site and make themselves familiar with facilities and access, limitations of working space and nature of operation and any other matters affecting the execution of the contract as no claims on the grounds of want of knowledge in such respects will be met.

Please submit your quotation to us by 16.00pm on ThursKday, Jan 31th, 2019.

It should be submitted in Hardcopy in a sealed envelope to this office address either by post or hand delivered but it must be received by the above time and date.
