The Scope of Requirements is expected to include, but is not limited to provision of support and advice across a number of work packages: Work Package 1 (WP1) - Support EirGrid in the evaluation of potential HVDC technical solutions and prepare a technical report. Work Package 2 (WP2) - Support EirGrid in the technical documentation preparation for EPC Contracts procurement Work Package (WP3) – EPC Procurement Support from publication of OJEU Notice to Contract Award Optional work packages Work Package (WP4) – Owner’s Engineer - Technical Support post EPC Contract Award to Commissioning Work Package (WP5) – Owner’s Engineer - Technical Support from Commissioning through to the Operation and Maintenance of the scheme
