Temporary Facilities - Single Party Framework Agreement for the Provision of Temporary Facilities to Leopardstown Club Ltd.
Leopardstown Racecourse is currently undergoing a re-development project which commenced in Q4 2018 and is due for completion in Q2 2020. For some of the duration of the re-development, Leopardstown has a requirement for temporary facilities onsite. These temporary facilities must be in place and ready for use by latest January 25th and ready for racing on February 2nd 2019. The successful tenderer will be responsible for all transport and associated permits to and from the racecourse and all lifting / hoisting / cranes and associated equipment required to load / unload and carefully position each unit. Please find attached a detailed description of the temporary facilities required.
