In summary, the Services comprise a review of the annual St Patrick’s Festival; identification and evaluation of its benefits; identification and assessment of models for delivery of the festival; stakeholder consultation; and delivery of a report offering observations, conclusions and recommendations with regard to ensuring the sustainable delivery of an efficient, effective and impactful annual St Patrick’s festival, including funding, mode of delivery and a vision for the future of the festival.
