Kerry County Council is tendering for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning and support of an on-site IP Telephony for its main office building at County Buildings Rathass Tralee and forty-two remote sites including Libraries, Depots, Civic Amenity, Fire Stations and Municipal District Offices. This project is to replace the existing Adtran Netvanta UCS System which serves ~ 600 users across 15 locations and also brings in 28 additional locations which either have Legacy Systems or PSTN phones. The scope of work to tender is for the following • The supply of IP Telephony System • The supply of Unified Messaging • The option of a Customer Contact Centre (fully integrated to CRM) • The supply of Unified Communications • The supply of management equipment and software • The installation and configuration of all equipment supplied • The cost for user and technical training • The maintenance and support of all equipment supplied • The supply of Comprehensive Reporting Capability • The option for a Fully Managed Service
