OOH NonFire Emergency CAS - Out of Hours NonFire Emergency Call Answering Service

This is a call answering service that would operate outside of the normal business hours of the four Local Authorities. As part of this package the service provider will follow-up the calls received by following defined procedures provided by the Local Authorities. It should be noted that there will be different procedures for each of the four Local Authorities.
