An Taisce Environmental Education Unit is tendering for the the receipt, storage, packing and distribution of printed and clean-up materials for the National Spring Clean campaign in 2019.
The most economically advantageous tender will be chosen and tenders will be evaluated in terms of the following criteria: 1. Proposed total cost, including VAT, for providing the service based on distribution figures outlined in supporting documents (60 marks). The remaining 40 marks will be awarded on content of the tender document and specifically on the level detail provided on the capability and the means by which the tenderer would fulfil all the criteria outlined in the invitation to tender. Only tender documents which are deemed complete will be assessed, although An Taisce may request clarification on any information submitted.
The awarding authority will only accept electronic responses to this notice through http://www.etenders.gov.ie/ via a 'Tender Submission Postbox' facility.
Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems. The postbox closes precisely at the time stated.
