FCC/365/18 - Framework for General and Emergency Response Electrical Maintenance Works 2018

Emergency cover, general electrical maintenance and electrical repairs to existing Fingal County Council housing stock and other Council facilities. Dwellings consist predominately of traditionally built one and two storey houses and flats and three storey apartment blocks and duplex units of various sizes. The contractor will be required to provide an emergency service for the Council, 24 hours per day and 365 days per year. The works include: • General electrical repairs and maintenance. • Emergency Response electrical repairs and maintenance. • Smoke, heat & carbon alarm installations. • Re-wiring works to existing occupied dwellings.
