Tenancy Support Service - Provision of Tenancy Support & Sustainment Services/Housing Support Service

This public procurement competition relates to Tenancy Support & Sustainment Services/Housing Support Service in the County Council area of South Cork. The overall objective of Tenancy Support & Sustainment Services/Housing Support Service is to provide support to households that are at risk of becoming homeless, in order to assist them to occupy (or continue) to occupy their accommodation and progress from homelessness or potential homelessness towards independent sustainable living. This will involve home visits by the Tenancy Support & Sustainment Service Project Workers whose role will be to support households and signpost and facilitate access to mainstream services. The Tenancy Services Support & Sustainment services will not duplicate, replace or overlap with other relevant services but will assist in accessing such services. Appendix 1 provides more details on the service required.
