HSE Project 11165 - PIN and Request for Information for Framework Agreement for Pre-Poured Media

The Health Service Executive (HSE) wishes to establish a multi supplier (all terms agreed) Framework Agreement for the supply of Pre-Poured Media. This framework will supersede the previous HSE Contract for Pre-Poured Media (HSE Project 259-11 – extension Project 8235) In order to publish accurate information pertaining to media sales in Ireland in the upcoming competition, HBS Procurement are using this Prior Information Notice as a means to request market intelligence from candidates interested in tendering for this national requirement. Candidates are requested complete the documents provided. These documents require; • Complete catalogue of all media products available for sale on the Irish market • Year 2017 sales per product per HSE user site The specification for this requirement is currently under review and the publication of the tender competition is imminent pending the receipt of the above requested information. Candidates can expect the tender competition to be published in early December 2018.
