Dear Supplier

Please note that all documents relation to the competition are availavle to download from www.etender.gov.ie only.  All communication should be in accordance with the rules contained withing the documentation.

The supplier is requested to carefully read the documenation in relation to format/protocol for questions, response times, format of response and whether via hard copy of via etenders website only. Please note the contracting authority will note be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred in preparing a response.  The authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any stage up to formal conclusion of a contract.

For avoidance of doubt, suppliers must submit a Tender Response no later than 12 noon on Tuesday 20th November 2018 via the eTenders Electronic Postbox Facility., LATE, FAXED OR EMAILED TENDERS WILL NOTE BE ACCEPTED.

Suppliers are requested to monitor emails from EU-Supply (i.e. the etenders website) as clarifications will be notified from the etenders email rather the the authorities corporate email address.

Donegal ETB does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
