Re:       Construction of 21No houses at An Caislean, Dublin Road, Tullow, Co. Carlow.

 

 

 

 

 

Carlow County Council invites tenders for the above project, in accordance with the enclosed contract documents prepared by Carlow County Council, and McCullagh Lupton Quinn.

 

 

 

The successful tenderer will be required, to produce the specified insurance and to enter into a contract embodying the usual conditions.  Tenderers will be required to comply with Tax Clearance Certification Procedures, Health and Safety legislation requirements and to be a subscriber to the Sick Pay/Pension Scheme.

 

 

 

The Council does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender received.

 

 

 

Sealed tenders endorsed Tender for “Construction of 21No houses at An Caislean, Dublin Road, Tullow, Co. Carlow.” must be returned to Avril Oakes, Carlow County Council, County Buildings, Athy Road, Carlow.  Closing Date and time for receipt of tenders is 4.00 p.m. on Wednesday 28^th November 2018.
