EST Construction STH - Co. Kerry - Listowel Community Hospital - Extension, Refurbishment & Alteration Works (5/2018)

The Health Service Executive now propose a new extension to Listowel Community Hospital, with and including internal alteration and refurbishment works to comply with statutory regulation SI 415/2013 and SI 293/2016. New build extension is approx 411m2. Internal refurbishment of existing accommodation comprises refurbishment of selected rooms to HIQA compliance; together with upgrade works to fire alarm system, emergency lighting system, general lighting, water services, heating services, extract and ventilation installations etc. Works will be completed on a phased basis within a live community hospital facility, with no disruption to services allowable.
