WCC242018 - Operation and management of Family Homeless Hub

Wicklow County Council is seeking tenders for an Approved Housing Body (CAS eligible, see below) to operate and manage a Family Homeless Hub facility for families who have lost their tenancy in the private rental sector. The hub will provide more appropriate and suitable transitional accommodation for a number of families. This family hub will have the capacity to provide self contained accommodation and communal recreation space for children. Other supports will also be available for families as they move on to other housing options, when they become available. The Approved Housing Body will have full responsibility for the facility under the terms and condition of the Capital Assistance Scheme, and will be responsible for the onsite operation and day to day management of the facility.
