HSE 11234 - HSE 11234: Licence Agreement to operate New Café Unit in Cork University Hospital, Wilton, Co. Cork

The HSE invites tender proposals to operate a new commercial concession at Cork University Hospital (CUH). Please see attached Appendix 1: Detailed Site Map for the location where the Cafe Unit will operate from. The tenderer will fit out the unit, provide equipment and staff for the operation. CUH will provide tables and chairs, and counter. As this is a new operation, existing sales figures are not available. Tenderers should refer to Section 1.1 on page 2 for details of activity at CUH. The successful tenderer will be required to complete the fit out and commence service at the earliest date possible in November 2018.
