Expressions of interest from suitably qualified contractors invited for the carrying out of Roof Upgrade and general building works at Moyross Development Company Premises, Moyross, Limerick. These works include, the insulation and re-covering of a pressed steel sheeted roof of the premises, the raising of existing parapet walls, provision of rainwater outlets to the roof area. The contract works also include alterations to the interior of the building comprising minor demolition, making good new electrical and heating installations together with all ancillary works. Expressions of interest to be submitted in writing, together with details of insurances as follows; Public liability Insurance €6.5 million Employers Liability Insurance €13 million Contractors all risk insurance Current Tax Clearance Certificate is required
