CCC18 (26) - Lahinch Visitor Toilet Upgrades

You are invited to submit a tender price for the above project, complying with the enclosed Instructions to Tenderers. The project consists of the demolition of existing public toilet facilities and the construction of new public toilet and storage facilities, together with all associated site development works. The works are to be carried out in a live environment at Lahinch Beach, Lahinch, Co. Clare. The Form of Contract is the Short Public Works Contract (PW-CF6). Tender documentation is available to download in electronic format through this e-tenders notice. The onus rests with the Tenderer to check the completeness of the documents downloaded with the Schedule of Tender Documentation. Where such download is incomplete or illegible, the Tenderer must notify Clare County Council immediately. Tenderers are advised to visit the site to satisfy themselves as to the full extent and nature of the works proposed. Any queries relating to this tender should be issued through the etenders Q&A facility. Responses to all queries will be circulated to all interested tenderers via etenders only. Tenderers must complete and return the Suitability Questionnaire with their tender submission as per the instructions set out in the ITT. Your tender, should be returned for the attention of Procurement Section, Clare County Council, Áras Contae an Chláir, New Road, Ennis, Co. Clare no later than 12.00 noon Friday 12th October 2018.
