They confirm they require VEAT publication of an award of a contract without prior publication of a call for competition in the Official Journal of the European Union. The cumulative amount in this instance is below the Directive threshold that would require publication in OJEU. It is therefore a non-OJEU service. National etenders platform does can facilitate publication of VEAT notices for non-OJEU notices that are under Directive threshold. The Irish C&AG auditors requires a VEAT to be published in this instance despite the non-applicability of the rules and the procurement falling outside the scope of application of the directive.
