7096 - Supply of agency resources
Iarnród Éireann- Irish Rail requires the services of recruitment agencies to identify personnel which we can utilise on a temporary basis to supplement our core staff, provide absence cover and additional resources during peak periods. These requirements can occur across a wide range of areas such as, but not limited to;
General Clerical & Administration, Finance; Safety, Procurement, Human Resources, Mechanical Engineers, Civil Engineers, Electrical engineers, Technicians, Skilled trades, Unskilled labour, Drafts person, Architectural and IT resources.
These roles can vary in their duration short term to long term.
This is a qualification system, companies can apply for appointment to the qualification system at any time throughout the life of the qualification system i.e. up until the expiry of the qualification system.
In able to participate candidates must download, complete and return the Pre-qualification Questionnaire “PQQ” attached to this notice.
You will have to be registered with etenders site before you will be able to register your interest and download the PQQ.
Irish Rail will assess each PQQ based on the pre-determined selection criteria listed in the PQQ and only qualified agencies will be appointed to the Qualification system.
All qualified agencies will be invited to submit candidates, they are expected to put forward the best candidates based on the requirement and the number of candidates to be submitted by any agency may be limited.
