HC/03 - Homeless Care Housing Scheme: Jigginstown House, Bundle of Sticks, Naas, Co. Kildare - Works Contractor and PSCS

Homeless Care CLG, intends to convert the existing Jigginstown House (GIFA 240 m2), its adjacent outbuildings (GIFA 556m2) and associated siteworks (Area circa. 5877m2) into a training centre for the homeless adults. Located at the Bundle of Sticks, Naas, Co. Kildare, the proposed works will entail the following: 1. Refurbishment of existing Jigginstown House, with new kitchen/dining extension 2. Conversion of the existing outbuildings into 12 residential care units for the homeless adults 3. Site Works including access road, service installation, provision of car parking and boundary walls 4. Works outside the site boundary including footpaths, bollards and public lighting to Newbridge Road Roundabout
