SPFA/WorkplaceStress/2018 - Work-Related Stress Audit and Risk Assessment

Workplace related stress is recognised as a significant workplace hazard under health and safety law. As an employer the SFPA is required to provide a safe work environment for all workers, including by addressing stress and psychosocial risks. The SFPA are seeking an external service provider to work with a group of staff to identify the causes and effects of stress, and to make recommendations for appropriate remedial measures. SFPA recognises that a holistic approach, designed to create a good psychosocial work environment is the most effective means of addressing workplace stress. We are therefore looking for suitably qualified and experienced professional(s) to undertake this audit and risk assessment to identify and quantify work related stress and psychosocial pressures, and propose an appropriate action plan to respond.
