- Prior to appointment the successful tenderer must complete and pass Leitrim County Council’s Competency Assessment Questionnaire to ensure they are competent to undertake the role of PSDP, a copy of this questionnaire is attached for your review but tenderers are not required to complete this questionnaire at tendering stage.
